You just answered EVERYTHING!Wow for a bunch of adults you really are all children, im sure he was just trying to be nice.
Aww... there is always one. Relax. Posts like these happen at least once a week. What do you expect when someone doesn't post their qualifications and a question such as this? There are professionals on mfp, you know. Anyone can help anyone here- it's a forum.
Once a week? So atleast once a week people pick on someone that is trying to help? Thats great news!....... I wasnt aware you had to have qualifications to try and help people. But what do i know... Next time when someone asks me for help i'll tell them sorry i'm not qualified. My mistake.
Do you walk in to a room full of strangers, many of whom are long term members of the group in the room and announce
"Fear not, im here now to help all your woes, just ask ME" ?
Do you do so knowing *kitten* all about the people in the room and if they actually need your opinion?
No?
Well thats what this newbie has done.
Hes not the messier, hes a very naughty boy15 -

Most people are here to help. It seems slightly pretentious to come on to a board and have your first post be this announcement, like everybody has been waiting for him.

My next "journey" is to Mississippi tomorrow. I have to take United and then I will be driving around in what is probably the middle of nowhere. What should I eat? Do you think it is realistic to think I will find somewhere to take a break and get a run in, or should I just try to fit in some walking?3

And every now and then, when these people come here with their posts announcing that they are here with all the answers, I'll ask them a serious question.
They've never given me an answer.
Go figure.
And this guy, who was supposed to be here and help us on our journey ... hasn't returned in over 12 hours. So much for being here.6 -

If you're taking United, you may indeed get your run in!9 -

Not to mention that many of them turn out to be selling something like Beachbody and think they are being sneaky and getting around the "no sales pitches" TOS.9 -

Don't you see the difference there? They ask for help.
The OP can join in any thread where people are asking for help and advice.11 -
I feel lonely because OP hasn't come back to help me.8

I think it should work off a few calories, anyway! ;-)3 -

I log my United flights as "Boxing Bootcamp". I subtract off time for layovers and time spent at the airport cantinas drinking margaritas. Calories in margaritas I log as "electrolyte replenishment drink"15 -

This is some brilliant thinking. I will be over here regretting my choice of airline.1 -

Sloth, I like the way you think! Does this electrolyte replenishment drink have a salt rim? So it serves a purpose then. I'll take two!!
My shoe size has now shrunk to a 7.5. Lol
