Last 10-15lbs-ish motivation buddy?!!

Hello!
I'm terrible about being on again off again with this thing but, as the nice weather has finally rolled out where I live, I'm feeling an extra pull to finally take care of the last 10-15lbs that I would like to lose. Currently, I'm 5' 10" and weigh 153 lbs. I work out at least 4 times a week but need to shake things up, cut the sugar, and be a better planner.
I've read so much about accountability and really wanna give it a try via this app.
Ideally, we would swap ideas, motivate each other, vent about the good and bad days, and weigh in once a week to keep each other on track!
What do ya say?
