Complete Diary

Curious, you know how when we complete our diary at the end of the day, it says, as an example 'if every day were like today you'd weigh 119.4 pounds in 5 weeks'. Has anyone ever did what they could to replicate the day, for 5 weeks? If you did, did you weigh 119.4 at the end?

    I haven't. Mostly because I eat more on some days, less on others based on how hungry I am. I always meet the weekly goal. Too, I don't think the prediction would work for me as I am working on maintaining weight while taking medications that have a side effect of weight gain. I am monitoring to see how much my BMR changes so I can adapt my calorie intake not gain weight.

    Some daysI do some days I don't It is not that important to me but it is kinda nice to close off a day as a closing a book type thing
