So This is Normal?

Recently I went through a very steady (and rather fast) weight loss of 1lb a day for 4 days. I was happy of course, although I was warned that things might suddenly change. Now, I'm going the other way. Yesterday 2lbs up and today another three. Rationally, I know it's nothing because it can be water retention or hormones. So, is this what I was warned about? After a quick loss, it's all shifting again? I know I'm doing my best to stay within my calorie goals.

Yep. I just logged a low today. I'm getting ready to see it go back up because of all these things:

A). I log a low weight every month, the good thing is this is a pound less than that usual low.
B). I don't typically get to weigh myself this late in the morning on am "empty" stomach (if you know what I mean)
    C) . In the past when I have lost weight I would always see a dip, then a little spike back up. Almost like that low weight was fake.
D). I peed like 19 times last night
E). I haven't been training due to injury...possibly holding on to less water for muscle recovery
