Hi. My name is Patty. I am 51 years old. I've been married for almost 20 years and have two wonderful teenage boys. I love music, but can't play an instrument. Pearl Jam is my favorite band.

I am a tall woman, and have always been overweight. But there comes a time when you have to admit that the height no longer conceals the extra pounds. Something has to change.

I am now pre-diabetic and starting menopause. Joy.

I hope to meet some interesting people that I can share healthy living tips with.
