Whip up an avocado yogurt dressing. 1 avocado, 1/2 c yogurt, S&P, mix in blender til smooth..You can add juice of 1/2 lime & 1/4 teaspoon chili powder if you like. Or dill.

You could add an egg & make salmon patties.

I used to make salmon and zucchini patties with tinned salmon - grated zucchini, squeezed to remove excess water, herbs and spices, salmon, perhaps an egg, and a little flour if too wet. You could cook them in a pan, but I just baked them

I make salmon patties often, but I don't really have a recipe. I usually throw some vegetables in the food processor (onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, mushroom, garlic, any fresh herbs, really just whatever I have in the refrigerator), grind them up, add a can of salmon with bones, maybe an egg and some seasoning like parsley, Old Bay, salt, pepper or whatever sounds good. I pulse the whole thing together in the food processor. If it seems a little loose, I may add a few teaspoons of coconut flour. I form it into patties and bake or fry them, or else I put the mixture into a loaf pan, bake it and slice it.

Add 2-3 tbsp greek yogurt, a tbsp dill (either fresh or dry works), some lemon juice and onion (finely minced) and mix it up, divide onto cucumber slices as a snack or app, or use it in a healthier version of a "tuna noodle casserole" Swap the regular noodles for whole grain, the mayo for yogurt (greek makes it creamier) the salmon, some pepper and whatever veggies you enjoy
