    It's a great start. Be aware, most is probably water. That much fat lost would mean a daily deficit of 5500 calories.

    Meaning that you would have to burn almost 7200 calories per day to do that. Chances are good you lost 2-3 pounds of actual fat, but your loss is not likely to be at that 11 pound rate.
