Fasted weight training question

Anyone that follows 16/8 or similar and train when fasted do you end your fast early for a protein meal/shake after weight training or just wait until your window opens?

I just wait.... But I don't often train early in the day.0

My window is 12-8 normally but depending on work I don't normally eat till 2pm ish but I'm gonna start weight training around 930am so will finish around 10.30am but do I wait till at least 12ish to eat or have a protein shake?0

What are your goals? Nutrient timing is not important until you're at an advanced strength/physique level. That said, if you are feeling hungry and fatigued, go for it. I do IF but I do have an "eating window" and it's not very strict. Works for me. As long as I don't eat when I first get up.1
