Hellooo everyone! So, I am not exactly new to MFP but have only recently started using it properly (on a 54 day streak) and I am so committed to my goals this time. I had no idea about the community part of the app/website so thought it would be nice to make a few new friends and we can keep each other motivated!!
A bit about me - I am 21, a University student, I have about 50 pounds to lose and I am doing this by sticking to 1,200 calories a day and I'm loosely low carbs (e.g. no refined carbs - I have cut out rice, bread and pasta) and my main form of exercise is long walks, light jogs and zumba although I have just started weight training.
Please feel free to comment or add me! I am happy to check your food diaries, listen to any weight loss rants/frustrations, congratulate you on any wins and encourage you through any slip ups!
