Jane plan and excercise

I am fairly active cycling to and from work five days a week and going to the gym at weekends. Despite this activity I have been overweight because I was overindulging at most meal times and eating out far too often. For about three weeks now I have been on the Jane Plan diet and am 90% on plan with the occasional careful addition. I've lost a lot of weight fast.. going from 89kg to 82kg. Im interested to talk to other people in the Jane Plan, especially people who are very active. The food is great but sometimes the salads can get a bit dull... advice on how to cheer them up would be great. Most importantly, how to eat well if you're active without getting faint or light headed. That has been a constant concern.
