app wont work on my phone??!!!

Ive been a member for years. Ive just bought a new phone and added the app but it wont work - keeps saying cant connect you to the server....any suggestions anyone?

If it's a Windows cellular then, the application's been; discontinued & I am unable to even get the website to, work upon it therefore I'm only able to; access MFP via my computer!
