Hi everyone! I'm a 35 year old female from TX searching for some support on this journey. I have over 100lbs to lose and looking for those that can relate and need support as well! I've been down this road before and lost 80lbs but life happened and I slowly started gaining it back. I need to get back to the basics of tracking and getting my mindset right.
