Has anyone heard of bronkaid being used to stack as a fat burner ? And if so what are your experiences if I may ask .......

Ephedrine? It cuts appetite but has a whole host of side effects.
I prefer just eating less calories than I burn5 -

Some people like to use a combination of caffeine and ephedrine for appetite suppression. But it does have a lot of side effects and can cause heart palpitations. I believe some people have died doing this and exerting energy during a high intensity workout. It's not something that should be taken lightly.
I prefer the safe way of losing weight - counting calories.2 -
Ephedrine and caffeine is an age old and effective supplement stack. It suppresses the appetite and some studies show increases "fat burning".
I use it when I diet and works for me. If you're considering it, do your research on dosing and the potential side effects though!!1 -
It's a stimulant and causes shakes and increased heart rate. Try T3 or T4 or clen or allbuterol, or the best one is hard work and cardio!!3
