The Last Ten (Maybe)

Stopped dinking alcohol three weeks ago, started training for a 5k a month ago, installed the App over a week ago. The result is weight loss after one week of tracking progress. My current goal is 200 lbs. My next goal will be 195. After some consulting with my Dr. and a trainer I might set another goal. If I can do it anyone can! Set goals and don't quit.
Size 32 pants, here I come.
