    My usual weekday breakfast I take to work is:

    -6 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
    -1.5 oz fresh blueberries
    -50g Kashi original go lean cereal

    I eat a lower-fat diet, so the high protein/high fiber keeps me going until lunch! Personally, I try to have the most carbs for breakfast and less carbs with lunch and even less carbs in my dinner.

    Oatmeal with chia seeds, protein powder and some strawberries is my go-to.

    Blueberry overnight oats with chia seeds which I mostly eat during the week because I can prepare ahead of time and then grab and go. Toasted wheat bread with tbsp pb and tbsp allfruit jelly and milk or coffee. Toasted wheat bread with avocado an egg and blueberries on the side. Egg and fruit. Two extra thin corn tortillas with laughing cow pepper jack cheese and an egg.
