Wanting to lose baby weight/ low carb?

It's been 5 weeks since my third baby was born and I've started low carb dieting. Three baby's in 5 years has really took a toll on my body, Ready for a life change. Any tips on recipes or what had worked best for you?

    Hi Meagan! I jumped on the low carb bandwagon a few months after my baby was born and got serious results. I couldn't stick with it, though...

    For the past couple months I've just been tracking everything I eat and meeting my step goal on my FitBit and I've lost 16 pounds in about a month and a half! I feel like it's a more realistic approach for me that I can maintain in the long-term.

    Sorry I can't be more help with the low carb stuff, but best of luck! I can relate to the eagerness of wanting to get your body back after babies! :)

    Your doing great!!! Thank you for sharing your experience. Maybe this will help kick start me; then I can move on to something more long going. :)
