Long lost daughter is coming back ...

I was a member before, but it was so long ago I forgot my login information
In the meantime, I've had a baby, got a full-time sedentary job and ... well, you know how it is, I've gained a whole bunch of weight. Despite gaining some weight, I'm still in the healthy BMI range, so it's not that bad, but my shape ... the shape I'm in and the actual shape of specific parts of my body ... nope, that is not me.
So, I'm back in search of some support! I need to get rid of the flab and I need to get healthier! I'm not necessarily focused on weight loss, I'm really more focused on muscle gain/toning and feeling better in general.
Plans:
1. Get a new bike and start riding my bike to and from work (13km - about 6 miles each way) at least three times a week (nope, not gonna ride while it rains).
2. Running/jogging about three times a week and being able to do 5km without a walking break.
3. Starting weight training (not really sure when I will find time for that ... eek!)
4. Goal of being able to do real push-ups (not the knee kind, haha)
5. Getting toned and strong all over, focusing on my core.
What I'm currently doing:
1. Ashtanga sun-salutation in the morning - depending on how much time I have - 2 to 10 repeats.
2. Ran a couple of times and it felt good (25 minutes out of which 16 minutes were running and the rest walking).
3. Trying to work on my bum that has flattened out a bit and has lost its nice bubble-butt shape (yep, I totally had that one once upon a lifetime, haha) by doing squats, lunges and leg raises ...
4. Started minimising sugar intake. Not there yet, but I'm out of denial, haha.
Ok, I'll stop babbling now
