Hey there! I am 37, work out very consistently and intensely 5 days a week and try to eat healthy and low carb. I've already lost 30 lbs wuth a combination of Weight Watchers and Crossfit but boy did it take forever because I wasn't consistent.. Well I've since left both those programs but have taken the wonderful tools they taught along with me . Now I am looking to lose the next 20 or so pounds, and more importantly, reduce body fat to under 20%.
I struggle with eating "clean" and I love my sweets ad much as i love a good leg day. I guess I'm looking for support, like minded people who can share their wisdom or frustration (both are valuable).

Reduce the intake of the foods, compared to the out take burn with exercise. You will lose them slowly. It takes time be patient. Keep your sweet, fast food etc for cheat day. More weight you lose, and doing cardio you will reduce your body fat.0
