I first started using the app since my injury(torn archillies tendon) and in that time i gained weight...so it was time to get back in shape...now i've been using it for a year i lost 10kg about 22/23 pounds...i've used lchf diet and keto in periods i was off my diet...the app is great a bigg help to reach your goals...my next are to lower my body fat ...
