Body Measurement Redemption

Hey everyone.
So it has been a crazy last semester of college for me (thank goodness I am graduating on Saturday) but it has not been the healthiest. I have gained about 9 pounds in six months from the goal weight that I was at. Though I am not really going by weight any longer, and going by measurements and body fat readings instead. Though, both of those are still up as well. I am here to re-introduce myself and look for some people who are also looking to go the body measurements route, be encouraging, and have a good time making this life style change AGAIN.
A little about me, as I stated before, I am graduating this week, late night snacks are my #1 enemy and I love to workout, and do it often, it is the eating right part that throws me off sometimes. As a former college athlete I'm sure there are some people out there that can understand that too!

Late night snacks are everyone's enemy. When it comes to eating right; have much smaller portions, it both makes you happy, but also allows you to be satisfied that you didn't deny myself something that I wanted.1
