Hi there! I'm Shelly and I am going on 47 this June. I lost a lot of weight in 2010/11. About 120 lbs worth. I felt great! I got into cooking as a career and all the long hours on my feet caused me to stop my walking routine and I've gained all of it back and then some. I lost a good job recently because the weight affects how long I can stand and also gives me back pain. So I'm starting all over again. My daughter turned me onto this app so I can keep track of my calories. It really helps a lot! I like that I can also keep track of calories burned. Looking for friends to help keep me motivated. Feel free to add me or message me. I have about 200 lbs to lose. Rough!
