I'm thinking on a new tipe lchf/or keto tipe diet on weekends a day or two on slight higher carbs days then back to low carvs ? Anyone tried something simillar ? My goal is to lose body fat and maintaning muscle size . . .

I haven't tried any protein/carb cycling like you describe, but the answer to losing body fat and maintaining muscle size is maintenance or less total calories, higher than normal protein, and weight lifting. Cardio if you want to.1

Sounds dreadfully overcomplicated and restrictive for no good reason to me - so no I haven't tried it!
Beware you are likely to get fairly extreme changes in weight due to water fluctuations so seeing your weight trend over time will be harder.My goal is to lose body fat and maintaining muscle size . . .
