New workout routines.

I am interested in finding new work out routines and even though I can look new ones up on line I'm curious to see what works for other people. I usually switch up what I do every month or two. I transitioned from that routine to PHUL a while back...I like PHUL bc it is combination of strength and hypertrophy1

^PHUL and any Layne Norton routine will be very solid.
I am doing the 4 day Bigger Leaner Stronger workout. 4 day upper/lower split. I really enjoy it. It's a standard linear progression routine.
