Beyond C25K

So I'm close to graduate the C25K program. I plan to run a couple of 5Ks on my own a few weeks before jumping into the 10K app. I, however, couldn't find a link between the 10K app and MFP. Anyone did the 10K trainer? How would I link this to MFP? TIA

    I don't think it does link up? Not the one I have anyway...
