I've been trying to eat healthy and stay within my daily caloric intake, however, I have recently begun trying to stay within my daily fat and protein limits as well. I almost ALWAYS go over in protein. I realize that the body can only utilize so much protein before it gets turned to fat, just as excess carbs.

So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for staying within the protein limit, or for healthy snacks that are low protein.
