Malted Milk Chocolate Protein Shake

This is super delicious and feels like you're drinking a milkshake!

Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons malted milk powder (I bought mine on Amazon)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 packets of Splenda or stevia (to taste)
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup water
7 ice cubes

Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!

Calories: 260
Protein: 42g
Carbs: 20g
Fat: 4g
Sugar: 9g
