KEEP IN MIND THAT MY BODYFAT PERCENTAGE IS NOT ACCURATE, AS THE FAT CALIPER AND THE BODY ANALYZER ROUGHLY GAVE THE SAME ESTIMATES.
DAY 157
I am not going do any storytelling. Rather I have laid down the summary for this transformation below nice and easy. Rest, the pictures speak for themselves.
Transformation period: 157 Days
Protocol used: Intermittent Fasting (16/8 strictly)
Flexible dieting: If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM)
Training: Strength training (low volume)
Did I use any bs fatburners or any miracle working drugS (clenbutrol etc.) For this transformation?
- No. But I leave that for you to judge.
What supplements did I use?
- Scivation BCAA Xtend (during fasting training and cardio)
Did I track my daily calorie intake and macros?
- Yes. Consistently on MFP
Did I incorporate nutrient dense food choices?
- No (did a lot of binge eating bs)
What did my food choices look like?
- more exclusive than inclusive (burger king, TGI, MacDonald's, and more)
What mattered the most for me to lose these many pounds?
- Negative Energy Deficit
Summary:
I am totally aware of the fact that I messed up in the diet area which is like the most important aspect BUT it worked for me. Nutrition is number 1. But I chose to do it the most enjoyable way by sticking to eating stuff I love.

I'm also IF 16:8 and loving it! 30# down in about 2 months and 20 to go!3 -
Though I've been very slowly losing weight since Jan. '17, I just started IF and it's been an AMAZING kick-start to my weight-loss, and, it balances and controls my eating habits. 3-lbs so far...I'll keep you all posted by the end of the month with my total results.3
