So long story short, my partner and I started our health and wellness journey around a year and a half ago, making small changes to our eating habits and some larger lifestyle changes (no more smokes!) but we didn't really take that big leap until this past October. Since that time, we both dedicated ourselves to overhauling our nutrition, and started working out at home 6 days a week! We're still at it, and are now creating a challenge group to help others and keep us going. As for myself, I've gone from a high of 194, and a start point of around 180, down to my current weight of 147 and bodyfat just hovering at 20%! We both feel great and our lives have changed in ways we couldn't even imagine! Thanks for taking a look
