Hi! I'm 20 days into a diet and looking for friends and advice :)

Hi everyone! I'm 20 days into my first ever diet. Previously I was consuming massive amounts of chocolate so I've cut it out completely- mostly just to see if I could and also because if I have a little, I'll have a LOT. I'm trying to make healthy choices and wanting to see if I notice a change after one month. I've started to exercise a bit but I've got a full time job, a baby and a kindergartner, so I'm just working out at home a few days a week, after the kids go to sleep. Any thoughts and/or advice is greatly appreciated! I'm fairly slim already and used to eat pretty decently (aside from all the chocolate). Now I"m looking to loose the mummy tummy :)
