Swiss roll

This is what I left. I took 60%. Can somebody please please advise the rough calorie count of this? I am FREAKING out. I weighed the remaining and it's about 33grams. So if that's 40%, I would have taken about 50grams of Swiss roll.

Why would you eat it if it would freak you out not knowing the calories?
Also, how would we know the calories of some random pastry item?5 -

Yeah I was too stupid to not check it out. I was hungry. How do you know it's so much??? And why is it so exact?0
-
Just log it as 500 calories and try not to eat any more unlabeled, weird-looking green crap (unless it is lettuce, asparagus, kiwis, or kale).14

Whatever that is, it looks awful!5

I checked online it's about 200-300 per slice. How do you guys know how much is it?0

If you are what you eat, would you rather be Kermit or the hulk... I think this is the more important question after eating that thing...3

Search the database for swiss roll. Pick a middle of the road calorie count.
You're looking at few hundred calories.
Now eat the rest of it and calm down about eating something that you should easily be able to fit in to your day.5 -

That's my thoughts. I would had eaten it all, logged it and went on. Not a detrimental set back.1 -
1. Green? Seriously? Why would anyone do that to a Swiss roll? This Swiss girl is a smidgen upset about that....
2. Why would you freak out about a one-time occurrence? Log your best estimate and be better prepared for random hunger attacks the next time.2 -
I just am breaking down so badly now. I don't want to gain any weight0

Maybe it is actually an Irish cake roll...? And by Irish, I mean the sort of Chicago Irish that also like to dye beers and rivers green.1 -

It's a piece of Swiss roll nay bigger than your thumb.
Troll though, yeah?6 -
I'm more concerned about your freaking out over eating something than the calories of said oddly-green-colored something. Log a few hundred calories and work on establishing a healthier relationship with food.8

Log it and go for a run or walk. Burn it back off if it's upsetting you that bad. It'll be okay.

So you choose Kermit then? I think the hulk would take all the gains he could get...1 -

You're not going to gain weight with one unearthly green Irish Cake Roll, and there is no point in hysterics. Log it and move on; take a long walk if it makes you feel better.2 -
Yeah I ran for an hour already. But I just can't help thinking about it. Is it really 300 calories?0

You need to relax. Quick log 300 calories into your diary and LET IT GO! It is one snack in one day of your whole life.
What can you learn from this? Just reading your post, it appears to me that you need to be more prepared for when you get hungry. Do you pre-plan your food? Do you know what your breakfast, lunch and dinner are going to look like before you start your day? I suggest you make adjustments to prevent this from happening again.
I personally log my entire day before I ever eat breakfast. I have 3 meals and 2 snacks. I log them, pack breakfast, lunch and snacks and take them to work with me.6 -

There's another post about a brown swiss roll posted by J1995. What's up with the swiss rolls?3

Dear person: there is no need to dispair. Keep calm and on program if you want to lose weight. Just put something in your log that's close. MFP seems to list a Swiss roll as 270kcals. Just put it in.
It's the average deficit over many days that counts. Sometimes, we all feel the need to indulge.0 -

I had a matcha swiss roll that was divine, and green. Don't knock it till you try it!4
