Hey y'all. I've never been an athlete. I hated gym. I was more of an academic... until I just couldn't stand how my body looked/felt any more. For the last 20 years I've yo-yo'd between 155 and 190 lbs, and have never had a toned or strong body.
For the past month, I've worked out at least 4 times a week. I do a mix of strength training and cardio. I also eat clean.
I'm looking to get stronger and to build a support circle here. If you're looking to do the same, add me!
