Exercises for Injured Wrist

I sprained my wrist and now I'm not allowed to lift weights for a few weeks. I don't want to lose the muscle I've built up but I cannot bend my wrist at all. Are there any exercises that you can think of that could at least help me preserve most of my gains?

    You aren't going to lose your gains that quickly. Is your sprain on your dominant hand? Could be a perfect time to work single arm movements on your weak side.
