Keto tips

Hey all! I've been on a keto diet for around 50 days and am down 23 lbs!! Wa hoo!! Anyway, what do you all have your carbs, fat, and protein set at? I am currently shooting for 20g carbs, 160g fat, and 80g protein. So far things are going well, but most of my weight loss was in the first couple weeks and it's been slow going since. Just wondering if anyone has had long term success with keto and would be willing to share any tips, favorite go to foods, etc. The hardest part for me has been the lack of time to cook. I am a single mom of 3 young kiddos, so time is not something that I really have a lot of. So I'm looking for easy grab and go type foods and/or easy fast recipes.
