Beach body workouts

Yes, I know MLMs are not really supported here (I also negate them when people pop up advertising). I don't plan on doing any of the shakes or containers, but the workouts on demand have piqued my interest. They look like a lot of fun and not too expensive. Has anyone exclusively used the workouts? Did you enjoy them? Would you recommend them?
No "coach" vultures, that does not mean I want your solicitation.

I haven't personally done any of the beach body workouts, but what i will say is that i've had clients who've seen good success with their dance workouts (most recently, i had a client who was saying she does country heat?) and also their p90 series.
So, yeah. As far as i'm aware there's a reason these workout programs are well known... they probably offer a great workout at home.0 -
I enjoy their workouts. I've done Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, T25, and 21 Day Fix. My brother had great success with P90X. I think their workout programs are solid, I just ignore the nutrition portion and do that myself0

That was my train of thought as well, especially since it's not that expensive.I enjoy their workouts. I've done Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, T25, and 21 Day Fix. My brother had great success with P90X. I think their workout programs are solid, I just ignore the nutrition portion and do that myself
Good to hear!0 -
I enjoy their workouts as well, I used to have Power 90 (on VHS nonetheless) Slim in 6, Slim Series, Yoga Booty Ballet and P90x. I like Slim in 6/Slim Series and P90x the best. I would be interested in P90x3 as they are shorter workouts. But yeah the high pressure sales tactics of the shakeology pushers are a bit much.1

I've done Insanity and T25, T25 is good for starting, they show low impact modifications.
That said, since I found Fitness Blender I can't see me using them again unless it's for something like Body Beast.0 -
I've done T25, Insanity, and a super old one lol hip hop abs. I never bothered using their recommended diets and/or shakes, just always did my own thing diet wise and followed the workouts.
Are you going to get the results that they promise in 1 cycle (with/without following their diet)...I don't think so! The people in real life that I've known that have ended up getting results as advertised either didn't have a lot to lose in the first place, they do something else in conjunction with the workout, or they have done several cycles of whichever program they did.
I agree though....they are solid workouts, challenging, and fun!0 -
I did P90X a while back. It wasn't bad. I found Tony to be annoying - especially around the 3rd time hearing the same stuff from the same video. Don't feel bad if you can't keep up with them, whatever one you end up trying (assuming you try one). The people in the videos have done these for a couple of cycles, so this is no big deal for them.0

Thank you everyone. I think I'm going to do the free trial.0

I used the free trial when I went on a business trip at a hotel that had a gym closed for repairs. There are a few good options. Not as challenging as group exercise in person (like Orange Theory or spin) but better than nothing!0

I enjoy the 21 day fix workouts, as well as the PiYo and 22 minute hard corp. I tried T25, but there was a lot of jumping type moves that were no good for my knees.0
