    I welcome more friends.

    I'm 5'3.5" female and 177ish today but my starting weight was 227lbs. Yes, I'm down 50 pounds and looking to lose at least 40 possibly 50 more pounds.

    I'm at about 1400 calories net (but I eat 1800-2100 because of breastfeeding and exercise) and I also eat whatever my family eats so that's what will be seen on my food diary.

    Today there will be cake. *shrug* I accounted for it in my calories. Tomorrow I'm making carrot curry soup with sweet potato dumplings and broccoli. Two days ago I had thin crust pizza. I eat real things and I log honestly.

    Mother of 3 here. No judgement from me lol. One day I had my 11 yo leftover Chinese rice for breakfast so it wouldn't go to waste...but I counted it so..... right now I'm on vacation so I'm eating at maintenance...probably a little over but keeping active throughout the day with the hubs and kids.

    Mostly same stats. I've lost almost 30 lbs and have about 12 or so more to go. Add me as a friend, I keep it as real as possible.

    I started mid January. I didn't really add much exercise. I was in my last semester of school and took extra classes so I focused on counting calories.

    Hey gurrrrrl! I'm 5'3 and I used to weigh 189lbs! I started my journey in November 2016 and I'm currently standing at 141lbs :D!!!! Sooo proud and I'm sure you can deffo do it too! I'm happy to friend you too :) xxx

    Hi there! I am 5'3.5, Currently at 200lbs and I am trying to get down to 135lbs. So I have about 55lbs or so to go. I am trying to do IIFYM but I am not doing so good. I usually try to keep my calories between 1200 to 1400. Feel free to add me. :)

    5'3, about 196, heading down to 130 on 1380 base calories. I'm vegetarian and kosher. Starting weight was 254, so things are going well so far!

    I'm 5'3", 190 lbs., and was recommended to do 1200 calories. I just started 4 days ago so I'm feeling unsure both about how to do the MFP program in a sustained way (past early days motivation) AND unsure of the protocol on this forum. Should I just add the OP or should I feel free to add people willy-nilly from this thread? Alternatively, OP, feel free to add me.

    Could I pls add you all too? I had a baby 6 weeks ago and am currently the heaviest I have ever been at 171.6. I'm 5'5 and looking to get back down to 135. I'm feeling very down on myself atm and it seems impossible. Tiredness from caring for a new born can't be helping. I could do with some support. Thank you!

    I'm curious about what everyone's calorie goal is - I'm working out around 240 min a week so I'm eating around 1650 cals day. But looking at everyone else I'm wondering if it's too much.

    I'm curious about what everyone's calorie goal is - I'm working out around 240 min a week so I'm eating around 1650 cals day. But looking at everyone else I'm wondering if it's too much.

    I never eat less than 1800 calories a day and often as much as 2200 and I continue to lose an average of 0.75 pounds weekly. Sometimes my loss is as high as 2 pounds a week, and never less than 0.5lb.

    I walk 10,000 steps a day (about an hour daily) and I'm learning technique to lift weight but I don't lift heavy yet.

    Your intake needs will vary depending on your body and goals and exercise.

    Also, I'm breastfeeding my daughter which helps on my calorie goals but at the end of the day you have to be happy with your intake, goals, and progress so you can succeed. Feel free to add me if you like!
