Strength and conditioning

I do strength and conditioning training with a personal trainer but struggle motivating myself and getting results on my own...any suggestions!

Do you have any strength and conditioning related goals that you are working towards?
Do you have a structured work out program that requires you to lift on days other than PT days?0 -
You need some goals to hit! No goals, no achievement, no fun.
What's your bench, squat, deadlift? How many pull/chin-ups? How fast can you run 100 m? What's your fastest mile? Pick some of those based around what you feel is important to you and go for it. Have short term goals and long term goals.2 -
I would suggest small group training or finding a workout partner who can hold you accountable.0

Pick a goal. Pick a program to that will help you achieve that goal. If you really want it, do it.1
