Hello, I'm Kianna 23. I am a preschool teacher. Weighing 260 pounds. My goal is to lose 40 pounds by September/October. I'm new to the health and would love any advice on anyone has. Also please add me.

You can totally accomplish the 40! In January I lost 34 in January alone. You've totally got this. I think the main thing is staying consistent with your diet and exercise. For me it really helped having my new passion for veganism, which has helped me make better food and lifestyle choices. Good luck, you've totally got this!0
