    That looks gooood.

    Caramel sauce drizzled over the sliced, seasoned apples in the pie crust, then top off the crust, little egg wash...pop it in the oven and boom...delicious!

    I make a delicious salted caramel sauce from scratch. It's dangerous. I like to use it on some apple cobbler.

    Everyone has a little different recipe for what gets their cream pie right. I find good whipping really helps though for most. Just keep working it and tasting until it gets how you like it.
