just 8 pounds to lose but seem to have come to a stand still. just can't lose anymore!! why?

You have to get a lot more accurate when you are near goal weight.
Instead of logging one slice of bread you need to weigh it and log it's grams.

because you have to be super accurate as you only have a small deficit to play with.
It takes me about 3 weeks of consistency to get the scales to move, and then if i have a drink, or a meal in a restaurant or do a more intense than usual work out, the scales are straight back up from water retention!!1 -
After looking at your diary you aren't even logging most days and when you are the entries you are using are really bad entries. IE pizza-pizza.
Start logging day in day out using the actual brands you are eating and the scale should start to move.1 -
