Is anyone trying this approach? How about some mutual support?

How far are you taking it? I believe that if you feel you need support, you're taking nutrition too far. Eating well should be quite easy and make you feel well. Some parts of Susan's message are great - to be able to navigate a food-filled world like ours, you need boundaries. But where those boundaries should go, will be individual. Unnecessary restrictions always leads to disinhibition. The saddest part of this isn't that all your strenous effort can be wiped out in a few weeks, but that it takes some time for the overrestriction to take effect. What is certain is that it will lead to bingeing. Yes, bingeing. Nothing is wrong with you just because you've experienced this. This is just how it its. Avoid it by picking your battles wisely.0
