Ready to finally get in shape!

Hello everyone,

My name is Giovany im 27 and I have been struggling with my weight all my life. Around 2 years ago I was at about 240lbs and having many health problems, I would wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air and that was really scary, untill I finally said it was time to change.

Its been a hard journey loosing weight and gaining weight but im not ready to give up yet, at my lowest I was about 180 lbs and currently im 190 lbs. This past couple of months I have been going back to my old ways and have gained 10 lbs but I want to catch myself before its too late so starting today I want to get back on track.

Im not sure I have a weight goal in mind but I just want to be fit and not feel embarrased to take my shirt off.

So far all I have been doing is eating better and running a lot, but I want to start building some muscle. So if any body has any tips on where to start that would be appreciated.
