Cravings after Workout / Cant resist... what to do?

Hi !
I lost a lot of weight on keto and using a low fat diet (training days) right now with some keto days (non training).
What I noticed is that I have HUGE cravings for sweets and chocolate directly after training which I cant resist.
I use shakes and a lot protein to dampen the hunger but the cravings still persist.
Also tried to use sweetened stuff without calories like coke zero or similiar to dampen it; but seems it has no effect; also the phosphoric acid isnt really good
Could it be, that I do not eat enough (clean) carbs right now?
or could this be solely psychological?
or just cravings for micro nutrients like magnesium and stuff?
macros
low fat (training days) :
200g carbs
250 protein
50g fat
keto (non training days)
250 protein
130 fat
10 carbs
thanks!

If you're craving carbs it's probably because you used up your glucose stores working out! Since you're not doing the keto thing on training days, 200g should allow you to have a carb/protein snack after your workout. My go-to for sweet and chocolate cravings is a blueberry smoothie made with Greek yogurt and 85% dark chocolate - I would have to look but I think it's less than 20g carbs and 200 calories.0
