Hi everyone, Just found this site, I guess this will be the 2nd time i introduce myself, although the first time was in another thread with some whiny questions to go with it. :))

I'm Lisa and I'm 29, female and live in Ireland.

Just started my lifestyle changes about 2 weeks ago, and thank you for the advice on my calorie intake last night, I've already begun upping my intake and anyone can look at my diary if they wish with some helpful suggestions.

I've just begun with my training...I zumba 4 times weekly and i weight train 3 times weekly.

If anyone wants to give some helpful tips or 'no no's' about my training and diet they'd be most welcome.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and I'm glad that i found this site. <3

    Anyone zumba here?

    Have they done the zumba core fitness yet?

    If so how are they finding it? It says doing it eliminates the need for crunches, pushups etc.
