I've gone onto a low carb, no sugar diet.
How many grams of carbs should I be having as my goal?

    Depends...technically anything below 150 grams is low carb...under 50 grams is keto.

    Do you want to do keto?

    If so, keto macros are generally 5% carbs, 70/65% fat, 25/30% protein. So choose your daily calorie goal, just as you'd normally do, then set your macros to that.

    If you don't care about doing keto, macros aren't going to matter a whole lot. Just choose your calorie goal and eat healthfully.
