Running Friends!!!

I am trying to get back into running again. I have put on weight and have really gotten out of shape over the last 4 or 5 years. I am looking for friends that enjoy running and can share tips and advice but also have a sense of humor and can joke around and have fun. Feel free to send me a friend request!! Thank you

    I'm working my way slowly through c25k (not for the first time). Slowly because I literally run slowly, but also because I have had to repeat many runs and take some breaks due to aches and pains. I've hit a wall in week 6, and I'm sure some weight loss will help me advance. I'm signed up for a 4 mile event soon, so that's motivating me now! Good luck to you. Start slow and have patience with yourself.
