Try fitnessblender.com; t25, p90x3, insanity max, hard corps 22 ...those come immediately to mind.

I actually did do original insanity after JM30 and it was challenging in terms of intensity but I embraced it.

If your in decent shape p90x. Alot of pull ups and pushups. Need a pull-up bar, weights or bands at min. Push up bars and actual weights I recommend, hate bands personally.

It's tough, I do as many normal pullups I can then finish with assisted ones. Same with pushups, as many as I can then finish on my knees if need be.

If you like 30 day shred, maybe ripped in 30. If you want to try something different, beach body has a lot of good ones. Try anything available for free on YouTube (Jillian Michaels, Kendall Hogan, Denise Austin, Shaun T...) There are so many to choose from. You might also look to see what is available at your local library. I can get a lot from inter library loans. Saves $

I've just started with fitness blender. It's free, and quite a bit of variety (strength, cardio, HIIT). You will need weights.
