Hey everyone! Sara Jean here! Last year I went from 180 pounds to 145 pounds by working my *kitten* off and watching what I ate (5'6" tall). Then in February I injured my shoulder at work and have literally been unable to do anything until about two weeks ago. Including work-as a waitress-so I burned tons of calories just doing that. So here I am, still out of work, but cleared from my surgeon to swim, lift light weights, and cardio to my hearts content. When I weighed two weeks ago I was at 183 (I know-wow), and today I am 176! Not much yet-but it's getting there!
