I've been obese my whole life. Currently 27. I used to weigh 299.9 lbs but lost close to 50 lbs. I've had my weight fluctuate but just about constantly sway back and forth from 138 - 150. I was always the biggest in my group but no more! I cut out soda (2 weeks strong) and still enjoy what I like to eat albeit in moderation.
Starting weight for this app was 237 I believe. I lost 5.2 in 2 weeks and my goal is to reach at least 200 by autumn for college. My birthday is also in 4 weeks and I would love to be down in the 220's by then.
Looking for people to help me stay motivated, share recipes, ideas or even tips with!
