hiiiiii my namesss ashley i am 25 and i hate the way i look my boyfriend is in bootcamp for the army and i really just had time to think and this is something i really neeed and want to do....i just started today to try to eat healthy and exercise . i have no support in this besides myself , all my friends are also over weight and eat like crap. i am looking to find some people who are sharing this same journey and just some one to speak to about it.
