for your home use a set of adjustable dumbbells are priceless and a pull-up bar. Seriously with those two things you can basically train everything in your body, pretty effectively too!1

Yea a chin-up bar in the doorway is good i have an IronGym in mine. Jump squats and push-ups are good. Youtube 10 min HIIT routines, fun fast and effective. 4 kids eh, you look good too. Best of luck finding an exercise groove you can stick with!1
